Our Founder’s Story

I remember the day that I realized my company’s strategies for success weren’t effective for long term growth. The company was growing rapidly and the expectation for myself and the other executives to keep up with the growth was to work longer hours.

While I initially hoped that this would be a short term fix, when days turned into weeks, and weeks into months I found myself growing disengaged, lacking the same passion and drive that had allowed me to effectively manage my team and excel in my operations position.

When my physical and mental health took a turn for the worse and I found myself burnt out and bedridden for two weeks, I knew that a change was needed. Not just within my company but on a global scale.

As I began to make changes within my own life and the strategies I employed within my department and my team I found that the overall productivity increased to levels we had never before seen.

Elite Performance Consulting was born, allowing me to draw on the knowledge and tools I gained through my Bachelor of Kinesiology, yoga teacher training, meditation and neuroscience training programs.

Since our conception, we have trained organizations and individuals, virtually and in-person, in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, UK, India and Spain.
